This is truly a hidden gem! I could not have been more surprised trying potato noodles especially when I stumbled upon the original location in City Industry. I can only say this is another world of comfort food unlocked. I thought it could not get any better but after the San Gabriel location opening up, I have to say the flavor here is turned up a whole other notch! I would be selfish not sharing this special hole in the wall. I wish I took a picture but it's even more surprising once you taste the flavor profile. It's nice and calm now but once more people discover this new location, there may be future waits to eat at this establishment!
