Got 2 tankless water hearers. Communication was really great. Although they made some mistakes, leaking after install, missed some power outlet etc... overall, they resolved them quickly and efficiency, even communicated with me on weekend. I am overall very pleased. Price was right on point. From start to finish, it was great. Mitch, Tanner, Ezra, and dad, all great guys. highly recommended, will use them again for my other properties.
