Sadly my mom had a bad experience with the front desk yesterday. My mom states she was getting her eyes rolled by several of the front staff girls. She was spoken to directly in Spanish, but when they had something to say about her they would speak in English to each other and look directly at her while doing so. She also stated they raised their voices and acted in frustration when she asked a question regarding getting financial assistance for her appointment. My mom even called her primary clinic (same branch) to have them explain her financial need because the front desk was not responding well to her. The front desk asked for my mom’s phone & proceeded to pull it from her. As someone who works in the medical field I find this truly unprofessional. I should have the confidence that my mom could go to her own appointment and get treated fairly.
