I have been going here the last couple of months. Today a woman was inside without a shirt on to cover what was really revealing swimwear or lingerie.? When I Inquired with management to know if they had a no shirt no shoes no service, or any policy for my own knowledge, the response was explaining they have little children walk in without shoes all the time so they don’t use that policy. I don’t understand how that pertained to the subject at all, given the fact it isn’t the children who are getting your laundromats service. It is the adults using the Machines paying for them. Adults should be accountable for dressing decent in spaces the public occupy. I had hoped that the owner would have had some sort of standard on this, given that it makes other costumers considerably uncomfortable. I was extremely disappointed. Not impressed with management. This may be an unpopular opinion. However, people pleasers with little standard just to make an extra dime are not my cup of tea. Wish y’all the best with your business however, you lost mine.
Very friendly and clean laundry mat! Fancy place. Definitely modern. The 2 women that helped me were extremely sweet and accommodating. Only complaint is that 123Laundry is pretty expensive. But they have huge clean machines and paying is simple. Important to keep in mind that if your clothes don't get dry, before the load ends, check and add a buck. Don't wait until after the load is done running to check dryness. Lol, oops. New favorite laundry mat.
