I’m very disappointed with this location specifically. After visiting 13 coins in SeaTac 2 days prior and enjoyed my experience there, I had high hopes for Bellevue. Our server Tyler was incredible! Everything else was underwhelming and disappointing. We should’ve walked out the moment I saw a lip stain on my water glass. We had driven MILES from Tacoma to Bellevue with excitement to celebrate a special occasion. Bellevue is one of our Go-to locations for celebratory purposes, and this was completely infuriating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤮 The Garnish on my drink was so wilted it felt like they just recycled the florals. 🤦♀️ The Garlic bread slices were mediocre and we had to pay $1 for a slice to go with a shrimp scampi (I guess pasta doesn’t come with garlic bread 🙄). How about offering a complementary slice for the Darn LIP STAIN that wasn’t washed off my water cup! And it tasted like they just drenched it with butter to cover up how horrible the bread quality was. We stayed because we traveled long distance to eat here, THAT WAS A MISTAKE. In a beautiful, upscale location like this, MORE is to be expected!!!!!!!!!NOTHING we experienced tonight justifies the high cost. Come on!!!! Even TACOMA could do better than this! Drinks also took way too long to receive 🤦♀️.
