I run my balloon decor business with 17hats and I would highly recommend this CRM for solopreneurs and small businesses. It organizes my client's contact, lead, email, images, send quote, contract and invoice all in one and you can automate some steps to save you time and repetitive work! I am especially grateful to Aaron who helped me with IT issues with email and he not only helped what I need but went out of his way to fix other issues to improve on my web browsers and MailChimp! WOW. I was blown away with his knowledge and service. I started with chatting, and we scheduled a zoom call so he can address issues more personally. Best customer experience I have ever had!
