1Rider is absolutely amazing. Kati is amazing and so supportive and uplifting during class! Lucy is the newest instructor and she is also incredibly positive and kicks your butt! I also tried the bootcamp class with Kati and It was the BEST way to start my morning. Thank you 1Rider team!

Also- the place is so clean, free shoes at check in, as well as a shower, towels, everything you need.

I had never done a bike class before but wanted to check this place out. Super friendly staff, great space and cool bikes. They have a towel service, and a water bottle refill station. Class was alive!!! Great vibes, great music and a fun class! I will be sore but I'll definitely be back!!

Naomi is a favorite cycling instructor of mine! She brings so much positive energy to the class, great pace of workout that targets the whole body, and FUN choreography that you can get the hang of. She is super interactive with the class and brings a passion that is contagious 🤩
