Crystal Burdo was an amazing loan officer. She never made us feel like just a loan or a number. She was so personal and really customized our options for our personal situation and really tried to think outside the box to make everything work for our individual situation. She made the home loan process so clear and communicated so well with us each step along the way. We would often think of a question and go to type an email and there would already be an email in our inbox with the question answered. She was easy to reach via phone or email and always got back to us very quickly. We are so grateful to have gone through a home purchase and also a refinance with her!! Thank you Crystal!!!!

As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. Brandon Reed answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was very responsive, and gave me comfort in knowing that although this was my first buying experience, it didn't have to be stressful or complicated.
