I have found Dr. Schalge to be very knowledgeable, understanding and patient, but forthright when needed. He is clearly a seasoned professional. He gave productive responses to all questions. Sometimes he responds with direct advice and sometimes he challenges me to arrive at my own best answer. The cost benefit is well worth it. I definitively give him my full recommendation.
