My eyecare has been very good. I'm writing today because I called yesterday to reschedule an upcoming appointment. I got a message to leave my name and number and they would call me back. After an hour, I called them again. Found out that the doctor wasn't going to be able to keep my appointment anyway. They weren't able to give me a new appointment for 2 months.

Doctors are great, but office staff is almost incompetent. Every time we've tried to get glasses or contacts, they take forever and/or wrong and need to be redone. I've been put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on, told they would call back and haven't heard back. This time it's been 3 weeks since we started trying to order contacts and they finally ordered them today. My son tried on his own, but just was told they would call him. If my son didn't need special contacts I would be going elsewhere.

Jan. 2020 They are finally actively working with me to try and find me contacts that work. Dr. Wilson has been very dedicated to making sure I get the right contacts.
Dec. 2019 My eye appointment was fine but I have been trying for 3 months to get contacts. They don't return phone calls and they don't appear to want to fit me with contacts either.
