I see why the ratings are low. She is very rude! Unprofessional! I would never tell anyone to come to this location! And she said she the manager! How you a manager and unprofessional! They deserve 0 stars. Do not go to this location!

Out of the ten stairmasters, 5 are out of service and the sauna his constantly broker, have to wait in line to use a stairmaster. I literally pay my membership to use those things. This is the same at all the locations, dirty and broken equipment that doesn’t get fixed remotely in a timely manner

I am a member and I use this club several times a week. Sadly, it is incredibly dirty. Yesterday, the sauna had a used bandaid sitting on the bench. Today the floor was visibly covered in grime. Consistently, the basketball courts have huge wads of dust and debris along the edges and corners. Yesterday at opening (5am because this club is NOT open 24 hrs.) the basketball court was clearly not swept and had water bottles left from the night before (in all 4 corners, not just what is pictured). I would have left a message for management in the app, but couldn’t find a place to do that. Help us out! Clean this club better.
