I wish I can give this gym zero stars. The first ever I went to the gym. The gym was very packed. The staffs really do not care whatsoever who goes in or out. Some people would just skip and do not scan their membership id whatsoever. There are people in the gym locker working as a group to steal your belongings. I worked out for an hour and when I came back the lock to the locker was broken. My keys, wallet including IDs were all stolen. Such good gym with awsome amenities but it is a shame that the staffs would not check who goes in or out and the security is bad. Go at your own risk. Do not bring anything valueable and keep it on you at all times.

First time visit as a guest and I am a swim lover. My initial goal is to check the pool size and water quality. The response got from front desk was saying why do you need to check. “Pool is a pool” if you want to to swim just sign up the plan. I am like whatttt? You said you can let me check and now force me to pay?

Kalvin and khang were so helpful when I was trying to apply for a membership. Helpful, respectful, kind staff members. Clean gym and equipment is top tier. Definitely recommend for new gym goers judgement free zone
