Today the temperature outside was 102 degrees. Inside the class, it felt even hotter, reaching approximately 110 degrees due to the air conditioning being out of order. This issue has persisted for at least a week. Despite multiple complaints from various attendees, the only response we have received from the staff is an apology, without any effective action being taken to resolve the issue. As a result of attending a class in such extreme heat, I became ill and nearly fainted on Monday. I have since avoided attending classes to protect my health. Today, I was informed that it is still not working. This ongoing issue highlights a serious lack of care and attention to the well-being of your members by the club’s management. I am deeply disappointed with the club’s failure to maintain the promised standards and facilities. Such negligence is unacceptable, and if the air conditioning cannot be fixed promptly, the club should consider closing until the necessary repairs are made.
I’ve been to gyms all over the country. This was probably the most disturbing one I’ve stepped in. Lighting is like a skid row crack house. Machine pads are falling apart. Trash everywhere. Weights laying around everywhere. Can’t find a matching pair of dumbbells. Bathroom was disgusting , loogies sitting in the sink, pube hairs all over the toilet, paper towels all over the floor , broom and dustpan scattered on the ground. I’ll give one star because it’s accessible 24hrs.
