We were out of town and our house sitter called with drain problems.....shower and toilets. Had a similar issue addressed by a different company(very expensive) about 4 months ago. I called 24 hr Rooter. Marcus got right back to me and was up fixing our problem that very afternoon. He ACTUALLY addressed the issue and gave us information we needed instead of setting us up for another service call and more expense. He was also very reasonable! We were VERY happy with his prompt, informative and professional service. I will be passing his name on to others up here since we have a hard time getting competent people up here to help with different issues. Excellent Marcus......THANKS!!

Marcus (the owner) was great, he explains all to a detail of what he's going to do. Him and his assistant Robert worked on my plugged shower and got it fixed, also put a shut off valve cause the one I have is old, really good plumbers and friendly, I would recommend them. Thank you Marcus & Robert. My Star Wars sink is finally put away!

From the get go I had a great experience. My New water heater was leaking puddles after some DIY on my part..... When I called, I right away felt at ease, you could tell just over the phone that they knew what they were doing and glad to be coming out to rescue. They fixed it up, no problem.... I have to mention what I really appreciated was that Marcus went over everything about my water heater that I didn’t even buy from them.... and how to care for it... he didn’t have to do that. Being a newer home owner I really appreciated all the ins and outs he explained that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. My two year old also enjoyed watch em work !
