Very stressful to have water damage and had another company come out but they have vague verbal estimate - I didn’t feel comfortable so I checked reviews and this company had AMAZING reviews - they are ALL TRUE!! Eddie came out, very professional and gave me written estimate with minimum and maximum - very kind, transparent and did not pressure me. 24/7 did GREAT and they are always available (it was a weekend). Would HIGHLY recommend!

When getting our house ready to sale, we found quite a disaster in my son's bedroom closet walls and flooring. So I called my amazing handyman "OC Handyman" to get some help but he immediately called it a biohazard and highly recommended we call 24/7 Restoration. When I called them, they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. They sent someone over that afternoon for their evaluation. Since our house was built before 1978, it had to be tested for asbestos and lead. They contacted another independent testing company to come test. It was done quickly but, unfortunately, it tested positive for asbestos in the drywall compound. Therefore, we needed to have that remediated by a company equipped for that type of work so they recommended Alliance Environmental Group. Following their recommendation, I called them and things were handled very quickly and professionally. I felt bad that the work went to another company since 24/7 Restoration was so professional and wonderful to work with but they said they all worked together for whatever is best for the customer. How wonderful is that!!! I appreciate all the great recommendations that were made to get this issue resolved quickly!!! Thank you, Russell, Kelly, Eddie, and Josh! You were all so wonderful to work with in a very difficult time!

We had a slab leak with major damage to our flooring and drywall at the end of last year. We filed a claim with our insurance company and the battle for money to cover our rebuild was on. Epic Interiors to the rescue!!! Epic not only handled the rebuild but also fought for us with the insurance company. Epic Interiors is professional, prompt, and honest. I can highly recommend them to anyone doing any type of home renovation. We are using them for more projects soon.
