I recently had a great experience at this shop thanks to Michael, the manager. He was extremely professional and responsive to any requests I had, including towing my car. He even went above and beyond by holding onto my wallet in case I got locked out of my vehicle. This level of service really impressed me and I will definitely be a returning customer. 315 was very helpful when I had my tire blow out. They communicated well with updates. They gave me options for tow or spare tire change. Called often with location updates until they arrived. Appreciated that they were available by phone and text. Polite and patient with me. Very happy with their service.
