I have had my child there for roughly just over a month. I think they look out fairly well for the welfare of the children as well as make sure to keep parents updated. Both directors have not only been very flexible but, kind and very informative. They have also been patient with my situation individually. As well the original morning and afternoon teachers my child had there were wonderful. That said, I did have a bad experience with the new morning teacher. She is inflexible, seems to undermine the directors of the facility in the way she chooses to address facility rules with parents an example being I brought my child in late one day due to a vehicle break in and the director walked out of my daughters classroom, greets her and goes on her way. When we get in the room, the teacher informs me she is late and they do not normally take children after a certain time. I made clear that the director just met us in the hall and didn't seem to find it an issue to bring up, that I was never informed of this and that if this were the case why was I informed of the flexibility of this facility by the AD when I first scouted the place out? I specifically chose this place because of the learning environment they promoted and because I needed flexibility not only with drop offs but pick ups and even mid day visits because I am a student and a Security Contractor. Further, during this verbal exchange one of the younger children in the classroom hit my daughter as I walked in with her, and rather than address the assault she would rather inform a parent of trivial rules that were never established nor were they in the provided parent handbooks. I like the facility but, this new teacher needs an attitude check and to recognize her place when dealing with parents and undermining her supervisors.

This center really cares about the kids and it shows. Teachers, the assistant director, and the director all are fun, loving, positive people who listen to the kids, make them feel important. Communication is great in person, and with the daily forms that let you know what your child did each day including activities, what they ate, how long they napped, so you can have a conversation at home about it. My granddaughter loves going here and I am at ease dropping her off, and excited to pick her up and talk about her day because I know what a positive experience she's having.

We feel lucky to have found this center for our child Bunny. This is his first daycare and started at the age when he was 13 months old. The amount of care, love and affection he has got from Shannon, Courtney, Mariah and Laura is incredible. They are perfect for the roles they play at the center.
In just 3 months, Bunny has learnt so much under their care. I am greatful. I would recommend this center to my friends anyday.
