Karin is one of the most thoughtful and outgoing people I've ever met. As an agent, she made our first home buying experience extremely simple and easy to understand. I wouldn't go to anyone else for a quality, family oriented agent.

Karin was wonderful to work with. She went the extra mile, sending out postcards for her buyer to one story homes in preferred neighborhoods, and we received one. When my mom decided to sell we contacted her. It ended up being a wonderful experience, and we made great friend. Thank you Karin!

The service Karin provides is above & beyond right down to the smallest details. She works hard on external marketing, but also includes fun (and very useful!) mailers to her clients along the way. We received checklists, cards, and even personalized packing labels when the closing date started nearing. We never had to ask "what's next?" because she is always one step ahead. So glad we followed her guidance and expertise because our house sold in a matter of days! She has so many years of experience and has seen everything, so she knows how to deal with any scenario that flies her way. Would recommend Karin Kay Properties to anyone!
