First of all this company was referred to me and my friend was very happy with their service so I was optimistic. A salesperson who only had Will on his business card came and did a thorough presentation with samples of their windows. He showed me credentials of the company and all the good reviews they had. That's where the positive ended. He then proceeded to take measurements of my windows and wrote down a quote on a yellow pad. On top of that, he said the discounted price was no longer available after he walks out of my house. I found this sales technique to be incredibly unprofessional. Other contractors I called presented a written, well laid out proposal and gave me time to consider everything before making a decision. This sales person made it clear the discount he was giving me - written by hand on a yellow pad - was only good while he was in my house - he said this was being done because his time with me takes him away from other potential customers. When I first called to schedule an appointment, Frank, the guy I spoke with asked if there was a husband who would be with me when the sales person came to my house. I would like to believe this almost coercive sales technique is not due to gender bias, but it almost feels like it. Very disappointed with this experience.

The roof was completed in a timely manner, installed correctly and with a high quality product at a reasonable price. Everyone who worked on the project was very friendly and informative. My husband went to the roof with the inspector for finally inspection. The inspector even indicated that the job was excellent.
We love our new roof.

I had this company come out to my home to provide an estimate for pool uplift. They sent Ariel. Ariel provided me with a total number on a piece of paper, I told him I was looking for an estimate. He then said he can provide a discount because he has the same tile I picked out left over from another job. He said the discount was only valid while he was there. The discount was significant, but I told him I needed an actual estimate. I informed him I won’t be signing unless I know the breakdown of cost of goods and labor. He said that’s not how his company does it. He got really upset, raised his voice and said that I’m acting like he’s dishonest. He was also upset that he just spent 2 and a half hours using different sales tactics that ended up not working on me. He wasted his time and mine. He also said he was the brother of the owner. I really hope they have better representation because his temper and anger confirms that this company is a awful. If a company is not able to provide you a formal estimate, they are probably subcontractors. I still have not received an estimate from the company and I doubt I will. Hopefully people read this review and it helps them realize that this company is not a good company. Horrible experience.
