Went there for an ultrasound recently and requested a disc for the exam. The technician was in a hurry and burnt a disc with last year’s images… We had to drive all across the city to get the right disc and drop it off at my specialist’s. The customer service person was also impatient when I called to request. Avoid this place if possible.

Whoever works reception is completely disrespectful. I was 3 minutes late ( started at 3:15 I got there at 3:18) & he cancelled my appointment which I’ve been waiting on for MONTHS. I’ve never had this happen, when I called his supervisor, they stated there’s a 15 min grace period and he had no right to cancel it. So I’m just out of an appointment because they want to hire people who can’t even do their job right! I’ll take my ultrasound elsewhere.
