Excellent Experience!!! Dwayne and office of 3D Door Designs responded immediately. Dwayne was professional and very knowledgeable. His kindness and honesty are difficult to find today. Instead of selling us a new garage door to replace an old, weak, beat up door that would no longer lift with opener (and barely and only partially by manually struggling with it), Dwayne explained how he would attempt to fix our door, which I believed saved us over a $1,000 dollars. After agreeing to come for an early appt. to squeeze us in before Thanksgiving, Dwayne worked hard, around our stored items, did the repair, leaving us with a door quieter than we remember and functioning beautifully! My Daughter-in-law was thrilled and smiling to write the check for the low, low price that was charged. We have dealt with other companies so know the difference. For this problem we received one other on site estimate and that company offered only to replace the entire door at over $1K. So YES, we definitely recommend 3DDoor Designs. Update: We just had another excellent experience with this company. In fact, although this is a busy time for Dwayne, we did not even consider contacting a different business. It is comforting to have someone who, as Dwayne, consistently does a fine job for a price we consider more than fair. Thank you, again, 3D Door Designs!
