Scott Park demonstrated a lack of professionalism and accountability in his handling of a customer's vehicle. Despite causing damage to the customer's Hyundai electric vehicle during the installation of a dash camera, he failed to acknowledge his responsibility and attempted to evade payment for the damages. The dealer's engineer and service department confirmed that the splice 3-4 wires installed by Scott Park were still drawing power from the vehicle even when vehicle is off, resulting in ongoing issues. Despite the customer's repeated attempts to seek resolution, Scott Park has offered no apology and has failed to provide restitution for the installation, the camera, or the damages caused to the vehicle. It is essential for individuals performing dash camera and electronic installations on vehicles to possess the necessary qualifications and expertise to ensure the safety and integrity of the customer's property.

Excellent work on the nano ceramic tint. This tint was just what my car needed. Didn’t take long, a little over an hour but was given water and the waiting area was ventilated. Recommend this spot. He accepts walk ins.
