3uilt is inside of 7 Seas Brewery and offers I variety of sandwiches, shareables, salads and soups that are to please everyone from meat eater to vegan. They even have oysters!
I love that they have Beechers White Cheddar & are extremely generous in their food proportions. It’s easy to order food from the counter, you receive a buzzer, and then you can sit anywhere you please in 7 Seas Brewery. They have also worked with the brewery and note which drafts pair best with some of their food items.
I love how delicious and casual the food is. They have a lemon water self-serve station available, and it acts similar to Panera where you buss your own table when you’re done.

Long time Grit City resident, first time visitor of 7 Seas Brewery/3uilt. Not disappointed! Drove past this 3-in-one place (coffee shop/pub/restaurant) many times and finally stopped by. Arrived around 9pm on a Friday. Coffee shop was closed and the sandwich shop was 30 minutes from following suite. Still got 2 incredible sandwiches (wifey and I) that were made from scratch. Not Subway style already prepped ahead of time. Opted for the salad instead of chips and it was so fresh you could smell the freshness of the salad like they just plucked it. They just serve sandwiches as the main dish but there is a wide variety and all include an out-of-the-ordinary list of ingredients. This place is perfect for a date night with your significant other or a night out with friends. The bar is strictly beer and cider but there is a vast selection. I highly recommend this place. It's great! Believe it or not, Tacoma is becoming a destination spot, and this is a prime example why.
