Vehicle Transport From Origin To Destination: 5/5 Stars - Our vehicle arrived at the destination earlier than projected and no issues found with the vehicle.

- At the start of our experience, Jeff was straightforward and to the point about the process and cost of services, which was appreciated. However, Jeff shows little willingness or professionalism to work with people and stick to what he says on the phone since "it's not in writing". From the start of our interaction with 4 Corners (shipping a vehicle from HI to WA), we explained that we would be in Washington on a specific date and requested that our vehicle be delivered after that date. Jeff verbally agreed and stated that it would not be a problem as he would call us to schedule the delivery date AFTER our vehicle arrived in California. That did not happen as Jeff called us to state that he scheduled the transport to Washington and that it was going to arrive earlier than planned. When we reiterated that we would not be in the state and that was not what was initially agreed upon, Jeff became aggravated and ranted about how that was "not in writing" and it was his job to get the vehicle to the destination and nothing more. He continued to state that it was not his problem and that we had to figure it out or he would cancel the transport from CA and leave the vehicle there. Fortunately, we had friends help us out and resolve the situation. Jeff is extremely unprofessional and is quick to deny any agreement or promise that he tells you to gain your business.
Look elsewhere and use as a last resort.

Communication: 1/5; very quick in their initial response to confirm your request. Afterwards, he will not update you of the progress. I submitted my form 30 days prior and didn’t get a call or email, even after their 5 day window. I had to call and email every day within the window to ask for an update, which they didn’t respond at times.
Price: 4/5; affordable and reasonable. No issues on the cost of service.
Refund: 5/5; They do honor the refund and will process it quickly after requesting it.
The biggest issue was Jeff verbally confirming and giving the customers assurance that the transportation was very easy and possible. It’s unfortunate that he didn’t keep his word and instead of apologizing for their failure to meet the customer’s deadline, it was just “here’s your refund, thanks”.
I know I’m not the only one to encounter this experience and it seems like 4 Corners is a hit or miss. Please read through the comments and make your judgment on whether to continue with 4 Corners.
