Has ownership recently changed? Now requiring payment on some items in advance, pricing higher than in the past, staff seems to be changed. Been using them for a while but now looking for an alternative.

Terrible customer service. Didn't care weather they got our busines or not. Too busy to give us pricing for our commercial linen needs. We went with another fantastic, friendly, customer oriented dry cleaner by Safeway.

I would like to change this review :
Come to find out ( after a year) the dry cleaner didn't loose my clothes, they messed up the telephone number and couldn't get ahold of me! So I went there a year later and the guy recognized me and said that he had my items!!! I was so happy!! And surprised he remembered me!!!
