Tom came over and I told him what the problem was. He assured me it was something else. I let him take my computer, mind you I'm very tech savvy and probably could have fixed it. But I called for an expert to fix it faster than I could. It's coming on 5 days, and he hasn't communicated other than telling me its a hardware issue, either the CPU or motherboard. I asked today, he said maybe they will know tomorrow. This is very unprofessional and an unacceptable. I asked for my machine back, and he now texted and said he would be bringing it by at some point today. I will not be using 4Acomplete computers again. Wow Tom you're a piece of work. I love how you've been sitting on my computer for days lying to people. You said you wouldn't put your reputation on the line but you sure are here Hope you're aware that my reviews always are viewed by everybody so you will be losing business. It's unfortunate that you can't find a repair tech that actually is truthful. I wish you the best of luck with your scams.
