Send your child here at your own risk. First we were harassed by Marianne, the director, about “payment” two weeks into my child attending here. She had this disgusting attitude and condensing tone, which I understood if we were indeed “late” on payment. I did the math MYSELF, and come to find out we were never late. WE PAID NEARLY A MONTH IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO THE START DATE which she got “confused” and assumed the date we paid is the start date. She didn’t even bother to look at her “books” prior to calling us. Which is the first red flag. She apologized, and I kept it professional and mistakes happen. Now the first two weeks my child was there, she contracted a terrible cold and HFM disease. Which I understand things happen. But, the numerous Covid outbreaks they continuously have is unbelievable. I’ve noticed after dropping my child off on a Monday, there would still be dirty residue from the prior weeks. Which would explain why kids are always getting sick. Extremely unsanitary. Now, it’s at the point where nearly everyday, there’s something negative to say about my child revolving around the fact that she’s too loud, scream cries, and disruptive. My child was around 1yr old. They expect a 1 yr old to comprehend their emotions. Marianne said, and I quote “THE OTHER KIDS ARE IN FEAR OF YOUR CHILD”. They will let my child roll on the dirty ground in discomfort and just watch her like she’s some zoo animal. Then when I ask why they are letting this happen it’s always “we tried everything.” Please… The absolute last straw is when Marianne was trying to tell me about MY CHILD like she’s the parent and I’m a complete stranger. You were around my child for less than 3 months. Telling me what my child needs. I explained I think you’re basing your expectations on how all children should be and every child is different. She cut me off before I could finish my sentence by again, speaking in a condensing tone “I AM SPEAKING ABOUT YOUR KID, I AM SPEAKING ABOUT YOUR KID.” Marianne will crucify you in thinking something is wrong with your child, but will never say it because she wants you to pay the withdrawal penalty fee. Then said my child should attend the daycare for the remaining two weeks that WE WERE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR. Absolutely not. I’m not risking my child to be subject of harm and neglect as retaliation for speaking up. This daycare is 100% money grab situation. We finally received daycare assistance back pay and decided to use that amount to pay for the withdrawal fee. You know what she said? And I quote “why can’t you guys just borrow money from your parents to pay the balance.” THOSE WORDS WOULD NEVER COME OUT OF A SANE HUMAN BEING WITH MORALS & ETHICS.
NEVER SPEAK TO MARIANNE WITHOUT A WITNESS. WHOEVER EVEN TRIES TO SPEAK UP TO INCLUDE TEACHERS, SHE WILL TRY TO CONTROL AND MANIPULATE THE SITUATION. This is not the first time this daycare has been reported to the state for abuse and neglect. If you love your kid, you would avoid this daycare at all cost especially if you’re POC.
