Pretty sure I already reviewed them, sorry if this is a duplicate. Super nice man owns it (I'm assuming he's the owner). He patiently answered my questions, let me pick up some things even though I arrived a few minutes after closing, and the prices for alterations were surprisingly affordable - and right in the heart of Bellevue, too! I'll definitely use them again!

I have used this company (husband and wife team) for many years. They have provided basic drycleaning for shirts and the occasional comforter and have not had a problem. But recently I asked them to let down a hem on some pants right before leaving for a month-long trip to Italy-- a 30-minute job for her, and she just argued and argued (in ESL) about why it was not a good idea, how it wasn't a good idea to wash "wash and wear" pants in the sink in Italy made expressly for that purpose, and on and on. I had to leave. It was really frustrating. Why not just say "sure, that will be $x," and leave it at that? I don't change vendors easily, but will be shortly. There really is nothing left to sell but service. That includes kindness, listening, and sometimes, doing what the customer asks, even if the vendor would personally do things differently. Goodbye, 5*.

They're the best in town, hands down. But note, they charge a random card processing fee if you're order is small. I do less frequent, larger drop-offs to avoid that nonsense.
