The customer service at the 5.11 store in Spokane was fantastic! Laura and another gentleman greeted me with a smile and showed me around the store. It’s easy to shop in this clean and organized establishment, and there are plenty of products to choose from. I'll be shopping here again!

Very excited about my new 5.11 Ranger 2.0 kicks coming. Awesome customer service with Laura out in Spokane, Wa. She was super patient & helpful with getting my shoes. Love the flash discount, and they are huge supporters of vets. Go see em!! Thanks again.

I recently went in to 5.11 Tactical to buy pants, boots, and a belt for the EMT course I am currently enrolled in. Laura and Carlos were the two employees in there helping me out. From the second I walked in they were super helpful and made my shopping experience great! They did an AMAZING job assisting me with what exactly to try on and helped make sure that I had everything I needed. They were very knowledgable on what they had in store and suggested what they thought would be best. Highly recommend this store because they have a great selection and extremely helpful employees!
