Purchased a pair of shoes and didn't hear a word for over 2 weeks. Opened a chat with them to inquire where I was rudely told that the item was now out of stock, and then the agent closed the chat. No refund and no one reached out to tell me the item was out of stock. I filed a chargeback with my bank. Now they can pay the chargeback fees ontop of the forced refund. Absolutely horrible customer service. What a joke.
