This store is well stocked and neat. The sales guys know their stuff and can be right with you or let you browse. I usually order online but it’s nice to check the fit of pieces you have not tried before.

Terrible Sunday afternoon customer service. I frequent this store for packs, apparel, outdoor equipment, yet don’t think I will anymore. Went in for a pack return (with receipt and tag in hand), and felt like I was inconveniencing the guy at the counter because I “couldn’t keep the tag on, huh?”. Plain and simple, I decided to go another route and not even use the bag (got a different 5.11 bag ACTUALLY) and decided to return it. Will think twice about coming into this store specifically again. Thanks.

Had a good experience, wish it had a better shoe/boot selection. I was in and out with no issues
