I have been interested in 5.11 Tactical for quite some time, but never have given it a chance, being I’ve been skeptical of the quality. I always had a feel it was another wannabe high end “tactical” name, only seeing online shopping. My mistake.
So, being I live close to the 5.11 Tactical store at North Peters Rd. Knoxville, I went in to check it out. The clothing and gear really caught my attention. This is where Jennifer comes in. Store associate, Jennifer, began to gently answer my questions and guide me to the type of clothing I had interest in. The conversation grew, exposing her immense knowledge of all the products and company and knowing what to present based on my questions.
Jennifer is the type of sales person, representative and individual that has become so rare in retail business. Because of Jennifer, I bought a style of pant to give it a try. No doubt. Within the first few hours of wearing, Jennifer’s promise of quality was proven. I have returned since for more product, and am a new permanent customer.
I have gained so much trust and respect in 5.11 Tactical, and Jennifer really is the reason I am now such a sold customer. My interactions with other staff has also been good, however, only brief. I look forward to wearing more 5.11 Tactical clothing and gear on a regular basis.
