Was so nervous for my first apartment but Iris made sure I was good she helped me and my family get our very first apartment and she had an amazing personality and was very supportive and very nice i definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an apartment

Great apartments and excellent customer service! Employee’s are always friendly, helpful and personable. Shout out to the maintenance man! He addresses maintenance requests quickly! He's also genuine, kind to animals, and has a great sense of humor!

I loved living here at 600 Riverside! Stephanie helped making the moving in and out process smooth and easy. She's very kind and caring and is more than willing to help you out. Randy was also helpful and nice if there was any maintenance needed in the apartments. Great people all around. Would 110% recommend to anyone moving to the Wenatchee area!
