I have been herefor many years. There are two gentlemen there. When is a young one with glasses. The other one is a older gentleman. Every time the older gentleman is helpful and provides great customer service. The younger gentleman, is always upset and angry at everything you ask him. He seems to answer back very roughly and harshly. He hardly has a smile on his face. If it had not been for the older gentleman's kindness and respect to customers, I would have rated this 7-Eleven a one-star. Also in this time of a pandemic, the 7-Eleven needs to have arrows to tell people how to walk in and out so that there is no lack of social distance when two people try going down the narrow aisles. and they need to block off the entrance to make it one way go in and immediately one way go out. so that there is a plexi board or a divider between in and out so that people do not run into each other.

Robot with no customer skills or human ? The old lady with short hair shouldn't work there anymore , grumpy old lady . There was a big line of patient customers and one cashier , I see the old lady doing something else that can wait . I told her that there's a big line and that she should help the one cashier get the customers out because customers should be your first priority... she barked at me saying she was busy . She was wiping down the counter inside her domain , not an area where customers are allowed, so it was something that could have waited on a time where there was not so many customers. She knew she was wrong so went and helped with one customer but then went back to doing the same , line is still big ...so I told her , Hey what happened ? Come on customers come first . When I mentioned I was going to call the head honcho of that store she angrily went back to the cashier to help while angrily saying I was busy doing something , blah , blah , blah.
