Horrible experience here. I stopped to get diesel late in the evening. Being a pregnant female and it being cold I got back into my car while my diesel pumped. I kept an eye on the pump which was running incredibly slow and I sat for almost 10 minutes. By the time it hit $117 and a few gallons shy of as full as it could go I got out to find the pump never kicked off, and diesel pouring down my vehicle. I went inside to let them know the pump is broken (pump 8) and to see if there is any way to be compensated for any of the money I spent on the wasted diesel. The people inside were unhelpful and a bit condescending saying I should have been standout by it while it pumped. Wouldn’t give me contact information for anyone to talk to and said I would have to come in tomorrow to talk to the owner. I don’t live near the gas station so I won’t be going out of my way to go back. I just will make sure to use another station on the way home from work.

Large store. Well stocked. Employees are awesome.
Don't forget your Identification if you need anything, even a lighter. They're across from a school.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm never going back to shop at 7'11 again, at any location. Had trouble with the pumps. I paid $5 inside and thought I pumped the gas into my car. I didn't actually receive the gas, I talked with the clerk, tried to prove that I didn't get the gas by offering the clerk to come outside and look at my gas gage, but they said no and called me a liar and told me to contact customer support. I had little to no gas in my car and my 4 kids with me. It was very upsetting. Check out my other review for the other location at 4026 A ST SE in Auburn.
