Had a terrible experience trying to deposit money on my net spend prepaid Visa card at this location about a year ago, I dealt with a curly haired middle aged Spanish speaking woman and her younger spanish speaking female co worker, who lied to me by saying that "we don't do that". So I asked her you don't do that, or you don't know how to do that? I told her I dealt with a gentleman that works there that did it for me every time without any issues. I asked her to please call her boss and find out how to do it. So she made up another lie on the spot by saying that "it's broken in all 7-Elevens" After realizing that I was dealing with rude and incompetent liars, I drove to a 7-11 on 148th about a mile and a half away. Told the guy there what happened at this location and he laughed, telling me that he heard all kinds of stories about this 7-11. There obviously was no issue of any kind, and he made the deposit for me. I was so disgusted by the rudeness, lies and incompetence of these two women that I haven't gone to this location ever since, even though its across the street from my house. I want to add that the gentleman that works at this location is actually really nice and friendly and knows how to do his job, including how to deposit money at this net spend authorized location. And most importantly doesn't lie in a rude and crude way. Unfortunately he was not there and I really needed to make this deposit in a hurry to pay my rent.
I wanted to get a pizza, price was 9,99$ When i was trying to pay, it counted 14,00 dollars, when i asked employee why it’s 14,00 dollars he said I don’t know, talk to my boss
