If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever was working at 2:06 pm on 03/22/23 should be fired. He showed the worst customer service I have ever seen. He was so rude & yelled at a woman for trying to use a credit card on a purchase. She was just trying to make a purchase. If you do not accept credit cards for that type of purchase, you can politely say so. Under no circumstance should you abuse paying customers. I'm shocked.
I was wanting to grab some hot food behind the counter so I waited for 15 minutes just standing there. The employee was walking around the store, obviously ignored me and didn't even acknowledge me. Then he walked past me behind the counter and then a guy walked in and he immediately helped him and not me. First of all I am a female, dressed in my Firefighter/EMT clothing and literally was ignored but the second a man enters the store he was helped but not me. I tried asking for help and he pretended to ignore me. I have never seen this man before and I was really confused, yet very upset so I walked out of the store. If you want to be treated like you don't exist this is a great location for you to stop by, waste time and be ignored 👍
If you keep looking at other reviews you will see a pattern of how they treat other women at this location.
I sent my complaint to the corporate office already. The way this location treats people and especially women is horrible. It's up to corporate if they care or not.
