Horrible as soon as I walked in because I had a backpack on and that I use for work I was told I have to leave it at the front door or they will not service me I recommend Noone come here unless you want to be profiled as a theif I never stole anything in my life and was carrying a 500 dollars ps5 and they assumed I was gunna steal from them horrible service and profiling I've never seen before also I notice the owner answer the responses just so you know your employee said it's your rule so... hopefully their lying and that's not true because I'm sure your away that is discrimination considering a woman customer was their as well and she didn't have to give them her purse if nothing is done about this maybe the BBB would like to know what's going on at this location

I have been enjoying coming into to the store the past year. The workers have been going above and beyond to make my experience welcoming and happy. Much improvement. Thank you but the lady who works there needs to work on her customer service skillsand learn how to to talk to customers. Everytime I go in there which is EVERYDAY she gives me a problem. I try to avoid her as much as possible by waiting for one of the gentleman to ring me up or serve me.. for instance today I asked her not to charge me for the soda fountain drink because I've already paid for it when I came in earlier ( she knew this because she watched me with the other cashier 20 mins prior) she tried to charge me anyway I told her I already paid for it. When asked did you ring it up she stated why don't you look at your receipt. She is the only one who gives me a hard time whoever I step foot in that store.. maybe it's my skin color!!!

The customer service is the poorest. Staff found with no name tag, and became physically aggressive when the name was asked after deliberately cancelling my 3 Uber Eats orders. Talks rudely from the beginning without any reason. And then force me leaving the store for no reason. I went in the store this evening (Oct 31, 2022, at around 6:30pm). Dear 7-eleven authority, please check your cctv footage to verify the incident and remove this kind of staff from the store.
