Very surprising sarcastic rudeness just now from an employee who…. shouldn’t be around people. Just an odd odd superiority thing for him I guess. Anyway… walked away from a meal and a tank of gas cuz… god, just an awful experience, just weird!! I mean, i just asked the price of a hot dog 🤷♂️.
I would just like to say this 7-Eleven has been an extraordinarily unique experience for me in a positive way. The customer service is Awesome Sauce! Especially, Nick :) I am always acknowledged with a friendly hello and smile. I feel very friendly and social by their genuine hearts. It’s a wonderful delight. I work close by and come in often because of their friendliness. I see it with other customers, too. Often they tell me how nice the men are and I honestly agree.
I have worked in customer service for decades and once at a convenience store. I pay attention to cleanliness and valuable customer service. This place has both. Not once have I noticed a dirty counter. I am impressed knowing the duty of that achievement. Just wanted to say Thank You for your great team and their amazing excellence!
