I have been going to this 7-11 for over 8 years now. I have never had any problem up until this evening when I went to go get gas. The two workers were rude and disrespectful, I said excuse me I would like to get some gas the worker took my money money I went outside to pump my has and the pump didn't work, I went into the 7-11 store and told them the pump was not working, and got told gas pumps not working. This was strange because there were three cars pumping gas when I gotthere. So i dont think thevworker liked me interrupting his conversation. This makes no sense to me, men were allowed to get gas but i wasnt talk about discrimination. .

The guy behind the counter tried to scam me twice! I know I have money in my account, yet he tried telling me that I was being declined. He didn't even bother to card me like all stores are supposed to be doing. It's ok. I went to another store and got my smokes and ice cream craving fixed. I would give it barely a point in the star if I could, and that's only cause I've had better service there. I'll not be using that sore again, even if I'm desperate.

I went in to get smokes and ice cream. I had over 100 bucks in my account. It was like 20 bucks. 9 bucks for ice cream is ridiculous btw. And he never ID checked me, and said that my card was declined multiple times, even though I've been there before and used that very machine.
