7/11 app never works there. can never redeem my points. not sure if it just they dont know how to do it or what. i have lost over 2000 points because they take my points then say it did not work.

There car wash sucks. Spent almost $20 on there top wash option. My car still looks super dirty. Waste of time and money.

The staff is never in any hurry. I ordered hot wings and told the staff I'd be back in a few minutes. I came back in 6 minutes. She was only starting to put the wings into the oven. The lack of urgency in serving the customer is very concerning.
