I was customer at your cafe at 5763 Hollywood blvd, and it was one of my favorite cafes, for over a year. Today one of employees whom I never saw before, refused to serve me because he was in crazy mood. He yelled at me and other customers. Without any reason! I came to get a drink with ice, as I always had for a year. He yelled that don’t want to give me any ice because owner changed! Can you imagine such bad situation? Absolutely rude and awful customer service! I sure he was drunk at work because of being rude with customers! 1st time I see such! That guy looks Asian or from east. This guy is also looked dirty, had dirty hands, and spots on clothing. Probably he didn’t wash hands after restroom.
It was my favorite cafe but after awful incident I want to tell everyone I know to never visit this cafe until that guy still there!
