The lady cashier needs to go. She has to be the rudest person I have ever encountered at a 7/11. If she doesn’t like working there then maybe she should find another job/quit. She is not suited for customer service. If you are thinking about walking into this store I would encourage not to you especially if she is at the register. She needs some milk 😂

The worst 711 I have been to the workers pay no attention to what we as consumer's ask for (ie) napkins straw's cup's ect. Below is a picture I took of the of the coffee "bar" as seen they have a cockroach problem you can see them crawling on the machines and we're the cups and lids are. It is absolutely disgusting to have a store open and operating in these conditions. The store clerks are rude and have a tendency to shush you away when asked a question or are talking on the phone majority of the time. Will not visit this location ever again

If you’re expecting bad customer service by people who don’t give a $&@!, get ready to have your expectations exceeded (in a bad way). Employee was on phone the entire time and didn’t even try to answer me when I talked to them. When I finally broke thru his busy conversation to ask to use their (clearly available) bathroom, he just scoffed shook his head and angrily said NO! Enjoy your 7-11 experience here, friends
