Long story short. Walked into this 7-11 today 8/21/27. A sign was posted Solar Eclipse Glasses $14.99. I walk towards counter to purchase two and the Indian or Pakistanian franchise owner helps me. He holds the glasses in his hand pausing and thinking then says they are $20 each. I then tell him he has a sign displayed stating they are being sold for $14.99. He immediately tells one of his employees to remove the sign. He continues to say it's still $20 and they only accept cash and tells me to leave I I do not want to buy them.
With that said I understand business and commerce , supply and demand as I have businesses also however when you are a franchise owner representing a company like 7-11 and have a sign posted with a price of a item you should have the decency to honor your prices as advertised. He could have removed the sign, sold me the glasses as priced and increase the price going forward.
The owner is unprofessional and dishonest. Do Not support this establishment
