Was charged $71.58 on my credit card on 08/13/21 @4:00am. I was sound asleep at that time. The next day (today) I go to this location and ask a an older man, Mexican with short buzzed hair “did you work last night around 3-4 am?” He says yes, I begin to explain what the issue is and show him my account summary and I see his face tense up and he no longer wanted to help me so I asked him if he had the owner/manager’s number and name he said no. I focus my attention on the other worker a lady who was more knowledgeable she says that the manager was the only person who can check the receipts and refer to computers and camera to see this bogus charge to my account. She told me to come back Monday morning and Antonio (the manager) will be there and he will have the access to get to the bottom of the investigation. I since have canceled my card, I didn’t lead with accusations but I do strongly feel that they are hiding something. The woman’s name was “Berta” or “Alberta” I did not catch the other guys name. Even though I was told to come Monday morning I will be coming tomorrow (Sunday morning) due to me googling how long does 711 keep track of there cameras footage it says no more that 48 hours if I come Monday morning that maybe enough time for the footage to be erased/reset. If “Antonio” isn’t there tomorrow and I can’t get to any resolution I will be calling the police and pressing charges. I have screenshots of all my information and I will be fully transparent as I hope 711 will be. Thank you and see you soon.

Love this 711 and the employees are always very nice and have great customer service but it seems as if there is no ventilation in the facility as it smells heavily of spicy food. I went in to use the ATM and it was a bit unbearable, my clothes still smelled of their food when I returned to my car. Can I suggest some air fresheners? :)

I was there at around 9:40 until 10 pm with a flat after we purchased movies and snacks we realized we had a flat we asked the cashier for air and it wasn’t working we kept going back and forth asking for help and still no help. I reached out to cashier again and after a lady tried helping the man in registers told the other employee a Hispanic girl he told her in Spanish to just leave us alone. one of the customers heard and passed us and advised what the man told the girl employee and she said that was not cool what he just told her i was bothered by the comment and went back after we found coins we were able to pay for the air and I went back and guy had just left to back door I saw the girl and I told her what the customer heard and told me and she acted like nothing happens and said what ? I told her give me your managers name I will be reporting this to owner. So upset your own race doing you like that is not cool!bad service for trying to help a loyal customer have to find a new 711and will be going to media and taking action
