Live down the street from this store and used to visit on a frequent basis but I now try to avoid at all costs. Have had nothing but negative experiences at this store and know multiple people with similar experiences. Have dealt with every employee currently here and they all seem highly inconvenienced to service you aka do there job, surprised they’re still even open. If I could leave negative stars I would

Was trying to pay a bill through PayNearMe. Indian apoo cashier got rude and tried to intimidate me because he couldn't understand what I was trying to do.
Had to go to another 7/11, wouldn't recommend this dump.

Hey soo hopefully the store owner reads this post its about your manager Virginia who been there 18 years and she made sure to announce this to the 7 other people behind me I approached the counter and asked to load cash app she said NOO!!!!! Very rudely and aggressively which was uncalled for and starts threatening to ban me from the store I just moved into Redlands sir an I walk there 3 to 5 times a day I'm a loyal customer Wether she has been your manager there for 18years or 49 years it's still unprofessional to address loyal customers In this fashion those 18 years have made her complacent an shes forgot that customer service always starts with a smile not tattooed eye brows that look like she's scowling 24/7 I hope you can address this issue with your manager an humble her any way you can because she needs it I did nothing wromg.to get banned from your store an hope you will talk to her an remind her how she treats customers is a reflection of you she's representing you while she's behind that counter an I'm sure you would not want her treating your customers this way no excuses if 18 years has made her think she xan do what ever she wants I advise you to remind her no matter how long she's been working there she's doesn't need to take it out on the customer
