Great customer service, the drive thru was fast. The drinks were made to perfection. The drive thru seemed hard to exit due to traffic on imperial but there's no problem with doing a U turn.

don’t get me wrong. The coffee is good but lately they give you nothing but ice. and then they never have Boba don’t matter what time of the day it is they either ran out or it’s not ready and then they started charging to fill the cup all the way if I buy a large coffee, I expect it to be filled all the way, not 3/4 of the cup and then sometimes the girls right there. They have no good customer service, especially early in the morning I’m always a early bird. I’m always a third fourth car before they open and always for some reason the girls always have a little attitude I just want my coffee cup I even told the guy why didn’t they fill my cup all the way if I bought a large he said oh you have to pay extra for us to fill it up all the way first he told me they don’t fill it up all the way due to the concentration of it that they cant guarantee the flavor but if I pay extra, they can guarantee flavor with a full cup filled all the way that’s a scam not even Starbucks tierra mia or any other coffee chain do that not even 7 eleven lol 😂 seriously seriously if you’re gonna sell medium cups or large cups, fill them up all the way otherwise just sell, medium and small whats the point of buying a large if you have to pay extra now even for the medium, you have to pay extra to fill it up all the way 🤷🏼🙈I should put in a civil claim against them for scaming the customers imagaine how many people wouldn’t agree if you buy something you expected to be filled all the way not 3 quarters filled then if it is filled its nothing but ice 3 ,4 sips and nothing but ice shame on you

So far I've tried the house coffee, matcha oatmilk, strawberry hibiscus, and the Thai iced tea, they're all good, you don't have to add or take away anything it's perfect the way it comes. A good price too, about $6 a drink. Great customer service every single time I go.
