I have no complaints to share but wanted to share experience. Shaun is very professional, and provides top notch service. He does not miss anything that may be a (any) issues moving forward. Especially when you are in a crisis with no heat, 72 Degrees came in on the same day service call and hauled a$$ to save us from the cold.
Today's issue was not the heat. Bldg AC was not working in one of my PM rooms. Shaun came in like a champ and figured out what was the issue. All is done, taken care of. No more than 30 minutes, we were rock'n again.
This type of service rocks and beats all other competitors. Especially when we are not a massive, wide bldg, privately owned bldgs seems to scare off alot of other HVAC co. Hmmmm, I wonder!!

Over all, excellent experience from the very beginning. This is the 3rd time we have used 72 Degrees, with no issues, no game playing, no cancelations, no emails go unresponsive and this service is on point. Love it keep up the fabulous work and service you provide.
I hope my review brings in more clientele for you and perhaps will make other HVAC companies rethink about working with smaller owned co., instead of saying NO right off the back. Shame on them, but good for you to gain more.
