After noticing that one of my bottles of liquid had an expiration date of 12/2018 (anyone who's worked retail before should know that means it's already expired!), I called the store to see about either an exchange or refund.
They said, and I quote, "Have you opened it? " Me: "yes" Them: "Well, we can't do anything. And really, that bottle should only last you about a week, so you'll be OK"
I'm sorry, but isn't it THEIR responsibility to NOT sell expired items?!?!
Oh, and seeing that one liquid expired made me want to check the other... Expired 5/2018. That's right... SEVEN MONTHS AGO!!!
I'll be visiting with management tomorrow, and my issue WILL be resolved!

I'm visiting CA from out of state and needed some liquid and coils. Normally, I buy my liquid from a local shop in TX, and it's custom blended, so I was (more than) a little hesitant that I would find some tasty liquid that didn't cost an arm and a leg!
I was helped by Tony, who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. I happened to mention that my liquid is blended with a small amount of "sweet strawberry" and that I was going through liquid and coils faster than usual.
He showed me some higher quality liquids that would work, and the cost was REALLY reasonable! He also gave me a great deal on a couple boxes of coils!
The store has a HUGE selection of liquids, mods, devices, accessories, and some other items. It was very clean, and the overall look of the store was very well designed.
Also, I can't say enough how friendly, helpful, and overall AWESOME Tony was!!
