Questionable chemicals
Good touchless car wash, but after taking my Tesla there and selecting Gold wash it left remarkably noticeable blue tint on black trim pieces. I suspect it’s some kind of wax coat. It’s not removable with water, but I was able to take most of it of with Bug & Tar Remover.

I use this car wash often, but today the payment station for the wash did not give correct change. I went in to tell employee, so that this could be fixed and others don’t experience this. Employee at inside checkout counter said nothing - no apology, no question about how much change was not given and no comment about fixing the pay station so this doesn’t happen to others. I will wash my car elsewhere. Poor customer service today:(

There are better places with kinder people to go to. Watch out for the male manager, he loves to try to start fist fights with customers. If you have to use the bathroom, you should go somewhere else, that is the male managers private office and if you dare knock on that door to see if its open, he will come out yelling and try to fight you.
